What we do
We're an experienced team of consultants, engineers, system architects and DevOps practitioners covering all major facets of Information Technology and Communication systems including; Infrastructure, Networks, Databases, Converged Communications and Software Design and Development.

We are typically engaged by clients whose IT systems often have no formal vendor support often due to the vendor no longer being in business or where the IT has past it's 'end of life'.
Often we find that client's in-house IT teams don't have any experience of the systems, maybe they have lost software source code or no longer retain the skills necessary to support their systems. Our experience and ability to reverse engineer business processes and logic is critical to our success.

We operate in conjunction with existing ICT resources or independently of existing teams as additional resource so we're able to be highly focused on problem solving or managing just one aspect of your ICT estate leaving your own team to continue their day-to-day activities.
Experience
Unlike many contemporary IT consultancies our many years of experience (our consultants have 20 years' plus in the ICT industry) have exposed us to many different technologies as our team started in the industry in the 90's prior to the internet era.

This legacy IT knowledge and experience is invaluable to organisations whose ICT personnel often have not grown up in that era and therefore don't possess the skills and background knowledge which are critical to ensuring your systems continue to run.
Our aim is to support your legacy systems until such time they can be replaced or superseded with newer generation technology which your own personnel can provide ongoing support and maintenance for.
Vendor Agnostic
One of our key principles is being vendor agnostic. We don't promote or sell any specific products or software licenses but work with the technologies and vendors which the client already has in place. We will also work with you to decide and agree an approach which is right for you based on your business strategy, future outlook and budget.

Our approach means that we'll pro-actively help source products at the best price for you from our extensive network of contacts as part of our service delivery as a trusted partner - rather than being focused on the supply of products like many other consultancies.
We work with partners to deliver aspects of our service, not because we don't believe that we could do everything ourselves but because embracing partnerships means that we can deliver the highest quality service and work with the best people at all times.

We have built an extensive network of contacts many of which are former colleagues, customers or suppliers who we've built long term, valuable and trusted relationships with. We'd never work with partners who don't follow our values and we fully manage any third parties which we would introduce or sub-contract to help us deliver our services.
